Earth Day Planting at Luckiamute State Natural Area
Join the Luckiamute Watershed Council and the Central Lions Club as we celebrate Earth Day by planting native vegetation in and around the Luckiamute State Natural Area (LSNA). This beautiful and unique natural area is found at the confluence of three rivers: the Luckiamute River, the Santiam River, and the mighty Willamette. LSNA is also home to one of the region's largest remaining tracts of gallery forest -- a forest of majestic cottonwoods and maples arching high over an exceptionally diverse understory. Come celebrate Earth Day with us by helping to restore this amazing natural area!
